Device cannot be detected

Switched on my $GEE wifi box and my phone says it has connected. Can browse to 4gee.wifi and it says Device cannot be detected. and it also says the Invalid SIM. Help

@duncanwells   have you tried cleaning the SIM card ?   When did you last use the device?

Hi Chris

I have tried cleaning the SIM card, resetting the device and checked that the SIM card is seated correctly. I have recently got this through work and it has always come up with the same issue, just not had time to investigate it.
