Data Renewal

I currently have a monthly 200Gb WiFi that renews on the 4th of every month. I added on an extra 20 Gb about a week ago to see me through until the 4th. And now today on the day my automatic 200Gb renewal starts my usage shows that I have 1.7Gb of my add-on left and that my data won't renew until July 4th (a complete month  from now!!). Will my regular 200Gb of data show up once my add-on data runs out?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

Yeah once your 1.7GB runs out your allowance of 200GB will kick in.

 

If it doesn't call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to rectify it for you.
