The process for obtaining a BDUK Subsidy code looks to have changed, in the past the home user applied for the code and once received then provided it to the supplier e.g. EE; however, now what happens is the Supplier (EE) requests the voucher on your behalf, then https://basicbroadbandchecker.culture.gov.uk/ confirms with the home user before the process starts (Antenna installation). My question is, does EE offer this service of contacting the government on the home users behalf?
