Wifi box in good signal area but won't connect.. status is saying disconnected. Customer service says nothing is wrong their end and to reset device.
i have reset on numerous occasions and even taken sim out but still nothing. There is a red light that appears when turned on.. any ideas?

Has it worked before? Is it on PAYG? Do you have sufficient data allowance left?

Ah, I see, you forgot to mention that significant point. That must be the reason. You'll need to phone EE to reconnect you.
