Ok going round in circles, I am using: EE 4GEE Mini 2 Pay Monthly 4G Mobile WiFi. I would like to "CHANGE YOUR 4GEE WIFI DEVICE SSID AND PASSWORD" and see what other settings I have. I click login button and it gives me password box. EE don't know what my password is. I have tried my network name, wifi key, admin, all don't work. No clues on my keep me card. Nothin in the box when you take the battery out.
I am logging into 192.168.1.1 which redirects me to: http://4gee.wifi/index.html#/index

Take the cover off the back of the box. The password is on a label on the back. It’s the one at the bottom, under where it says http://192.168.1.1

The admin password to login to the router itself is also "admin".
No one here can see the link you gave as it's on your own LAN. Post a photo instead.

@quinnw The user name is admin and the password is admin. Unless you’ve changed it and if you have no one here or within EE will know it.

Then you musta changed it yourself previously. Factory reset the device & login to your MBB device at http://192.168.1.1 as "admin"/"admin".

1 - Brand new router, first time using it, never logged in before, as I didn’t log in I never changed password
2 - It doesn’t ask for username and password. It only asks for password. See screenshot.
3 - I have tried admin and it doesn’t work

@quinnw If this a a brand new device then all the information you need to gain access is with the device.

Have you looked for the admin pwd on the label underneath it? It won't there if it's really a 4GEE WiFi Mini. Try factory resetting it.
You spoke earlier of taking the battery out. You sure it's really a 4GEE WiFi Mini? You can't take the battery out of that.

No password on the information that came with it. Including the keep me card. Just network name and network password.
cover comes off, battery comes out. Alcatel battery. On sticker 4GEE WiFi Mini. Type: EE70-2AE8GB3

That's cuz it's EE's usual admin pwd, "admin".

Try factory restting it & then 'admin' shoud work. That's your alternative!
If it's not the default 'admin' nor on the label or KeepMe card, then how on earth is the user ever to know it? Stands to reason.

You are typing "admin" all in lower case with no space after it?

Try logging in at the middle box on R of home page for reading texts.
Only 1 permutation counts, all lower case.

@Christopher_G I tried that before I came on here. They couldn't understand why 192.168.1.1 brings me to: http://4gee.wifi/index.html#/index. They also said its username admin and password admin but couldn't understand why I was only being asked for a password.
There is a critical failure, which causes customers like me, to be incredibly frustrated and annoyed with companies like EE. On your contact page there is no way to email your "Tech Gurus". I own an IT company, and run an IT helpdesk. The quickest way that I and my employees have of resolving problems like this is by sending screenshots or gifs of what is happening.
Without an email address for support I have to rely on community forums which is best effort of non EE technical people (thank you to them), spend hours on the phone to "Tech Gurus" who don't comprehend the problem, or spend 40 minutes to drive to a store, however long at store, and 40 minutes back. A simple email conversation would probably identify and solve the problem!

Just click the 'EE' option then a button will appear saying 'chat here with our technical support team' when someone is available.
They'll be able to look at your screenshots and raise a ticket for the investigation of your problem.
