4g wifi mini not visible

Hi, I bought a 4g wifi mini a few weeks ago but have had mixed success. It's previously worked, but now my devices don't see it listed as an available network. I've tried:

  • rebooting
  • resetting it with the reset button
  • logging in via a browser to reset (the page won't load)

Currently, the only way to turn it on is to press the button for about 10 seconds. I need to download some software, but the last time I managed to connect to the wifi mini and start the download, it failed. 

This is very frustrating as I've got lots of data left, but I can't use it! I'd be really grateful if someone could help. Thanks.

When doing the reset, are you holding the button for ten seconds too?

 

Where did you get the device from?

Hi, yes, I'm holding the reset for 10 seconds. I got the device from Argos.

I'd recommend contacting our Tech Gurus who will be able to look into this further for you.

 

They will be able to run additional tests.

thanks @Jon_K . Unfortunately I tried that yesterday, and again just now, using chat, but the service says it cant help me.
