4g unlimited data plan in HUAWEI router supplied by EE with 100gb giftable data

I was happily gifting data from the start of the contract to another sim for 11 weeks and each gift would reduce the 100gb by the amount gifted leaving an accurate balance. Now my giftable allowance reduces even if I do not gift data.

i am told this is because I can only gift the first 100gb of my unlimited plan and I am refereed to documents on the website which explains this. The problem is all the documents refer to a unlimited 5g data plan, when I am on a 4g unlimited data plan.

can someone please guide me to published documents referring to the first 100gb on a 4g unlimited data plan.

How do Unlimited Plans work?

Can I gift data on an unlimited plan?

Yes, if you’re on a unlimited plan you can gift up to 100GB of data or 120GB if you’re on a 5G smart handset plan. This will be the first 100/120GB and any data usage will reduce your giftable allowance.

You may only gift from the 1st 100 GB of your data. So if you use 30GB of actual data yourself, you may only then gift a mox of 70 GB data.
