4g not working!

Hi, I have been with EE for two months travelling around Europe and my 4g has been working fine. I am now in Croatia and my 4g isn't working and I can't send any messages! I believe that You should be able to still use your pack in Croatia? Could you please tell me why it isn't working

Maybe this applies in the T&C.

 

table links Our plans are intended for customers with a stable link to the UK who travel abroad periodically. They are not intended for customers roaming on a permanent or semi-permanent basis. We will consider you have a stable link to the UK if spend a total of 60 days or more during any 120 day period within the UK. If your usage abroad in the EU/EEA/Switzerland exceeds this, you will be alerted by text, and after a 2-week period we may charge you for services you use or block your SIM card and roaming services. We’ll let you know before we do anything.

If you have an iphone you can try resetting your network. Or just changing your network settings from 4G to 2G/3G. 

 

If this fails you will need to contact CS.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hey, no I can not, it won't even let me send a message to 150 to check balance. I can connect to wifi though, and I do have full service. The 4g just does not pop up/ work.

I am using an iPhone 6. It will let me connect to wifi but no 3G or 4g

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

Can you try a network reset as below:

 

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

 

You will need to enter any saved WiFi passwords again as these will be deleted.
