I have been using 4G Home broadband for about 6 months. I have had no connection problems until around 23:30 on 19/11/18. My connection disconnected and so I was without broadband.
This morning I explored the issue. The log an my router stated there was a probelm with DHCP on the WAN.
My router was set to use both IP ver4 and IP ver 6. Rebooting the router did not fix the problem.
I therfore switch the router to use IP ver4 only. It is now conncted and working fine again.
This is actually not a probelm as my service is now working fine. However i would like to know what is happening. Has EE 4G broadband stopped supporting IP ver 6?

Have you made any changes to the surroundings of the device recently?
This could be changing it's location, connecting more devices, placing something new near the device?

I have issued an enquiry through the network status option rather than my specific account.
I did speak to technical support, initially, and they said there did not appear to be anything wrong with my account.
Bit of a mystery really ! I have done more testing and issue presists.
