4Gee Wifi Mini Troubleshooting

We have a 4Gee Wifi Mini which we bought pre-loaded with 2GB per month on 12 month contract. Problem is that we aren't able to connect at all even in places with full 4G signal.

Message on Android phone is 'connected no internet'. Any ideas?

The link you sent seems to be about topping up.

As we've not been able to use the Wifi yet and it came pre-loaded with 24gb of data @2gb per month then I don't think that this is the problem.

 

I will call Customer Services.
