I have come home tonight to find that, while apparently having a very strong signal strength and no issues in the N21 1QR area I cannot connect to the internet.
I had 24GB of data this morning, everything qas logged off, so I doubt it has been eaten away. I have tried resetting, moving it around the room, but nothing has worked!
I can connect to the EE management site, but that's it.
What else can I do?
Edit: ran troubleshooter and it says I need to sign up with the ISP?

It is my only EE device.
The restore and reset do not seem to hve done anything other than revert the password and login details to default. I still have 4 bars, but no connection.
It has been reset/restored twice now (once before posting, and just now). The little yellow triangle is still mocking me 😉

There is, because I just reported the connection issue 😊
I figured if nothing was working I should report it and see if it is just me having issues. I can conect to my GiffGaff hotspot no problem, it is just EE.

You've done the right thing in reporting the issue.
You should be updated once the issue has been investigated.
It's also worth getting in touch with customer services and having a chat with our technical team, to rule out a problem with the device itself.
