4GEE wifi keeps dropping out

Any suggestions Folks?

Just upgraded from mini wifi to larger one...

Got it all swapped over ok and connection keeps dropping out..

Done signal check.. rebooted etc.. showing 3 or 4 bars so should be good but still drops out??

Just to add, the connection only holds for a matter of minutes...

As it stands its not fit for purpose, and desperately needs resolving as this is my sole means of internet

Please can a tec guru advise asap

Welcome to the community.

Are you using the same SIM card that you used with the old device?

Are you able to perform a pin reset on the 4G WiFi device?

New sim came with device, done the sim changeover as per instructions.

Will try master reset button using a pin

Just done master reset Using the button on device

So Far (15mins) not dropped out, ive quite a bit to do today on line so will monitor to see how it performs

So im going to leave this ticket open - but will update when 100% confident the issuse is ressovled

All good so far so going to say

The solution is;  after upgrading from a mini to full size unit once SIM has changed over press master rest for 20 secs, then all should be good !
