Got a 4GEE mobile wifi router a couple of weeks ago. The wifi networks randomly disappear from the "available networks" list on my devices thus disconnecting my devices. The router has been replaced, network names and passwords have been changed. Happened tonight in the middle of syncing a new laptop to OneDrive so I know it shouldn't be the "sleep" issue I have read about on here. Restarting the router (once you realise the network has disappeared) works, but that's no use for things like Ring doorbells etc. All the lights are on, 2 bars out of 3 signal strength, works fine the rest of the time.
Have raised it on the chat three times - the last time someone was going to call me asap. Didn't happen.
Asked for my chat transcripts to be emailed to me. Didn't happen.
