4GEE WiFi mobile not logging on

vailpilgrim

Hi there,

My 4GEE Wifi Mobile started prompting me for the wifi key/password instead of allowing my devices to latch on automatically. It was set up 2 weeks ago and my devices have latched on automatically without issue since then. However, from yesterday, it kept prompting me for the wifi key/password and when I enter it it says "Unable to join the network". So I have not been able to log on for over 24 hours now. I checked my EE account and there is still plenty of data allowance left. What is the problem here and how can I resolve it quickly? Thanks

Having data has no bearing on whether devices can login to the router or need to provide the pwd each time.

Try factory resetting it.

How would I do a factory reset? Cheers

Stick a sharp object in the reset hole near the SIM tray - see Perform a master reset
