4GEE WiFi Invalid SIM

Hi,

I've just received a 4GEE WiFi Mini with a nano SIM. When I log in to the WiFi with the SSID and password provided, the page:

ee.mobilebroadband/index.html

tells me I have an Invalid SIM card.

I have removed the card, cleaned the contacts and replaced it but still no joy.

I have reset the device and repeated the above.

Trawling round the EE web site a chat box eventually appeared. A helpful but long (1 hour) chat eventually determined that I had two SIMS registered to one number and no SIM registered to the 4GEE box. This was resolved very quickly once the mistake was recognised.
