Hi i recently transferred my whole corporate account across to EE on the basis you offered wifi calling as standard
had a text message this morning saying turn phone on \ off and delete message so did and now today it doesnt work and i got 240+ not working properly most of which are in remote areas and rely on the wifi calls system
what is going on as they worked yesterday
not a happy CEO

Hi @martin-mould and welcome to the Community.
We're aware of an issue affecting customers using 4G Calling and WiFi Calling is currently unavailable.
We’ll have them back online as quickly as possible.
Calls on 2G and 3G are working as usual, as is all data.
You can toggle off 4G Calling in your settings while we work to fix the issue as soon as possible.
To turn off 4G calling, please follow the steps below.
Settings >> Mobile Data >> Mobile Data Options >>Enable 4G >> Toggle “Data Only”
Settings >> Mobile Networks >> Network Mode >> Toggle “3G only”

what other options do i have then as without wifi calling i cant get a normal signal at home at all
i used to have a suresignal with vodafone do you have anything similar if this is a regular occurence
