4G Router doesn't connect to Amazon Echo

Hi there, Trying to connect my Amazon Echo to my 4G Router and it says its connected but isnt online (ie I cant access Amazon music).

I am unsure what settings (if any) I need to change on my router.

Many Thanks

Re: 4G Router doesn't connect to Amazon Echo

@nsimmons10: You shouldn't need to change any settings of the router.

Does it have a data allowance left? What exactly does texting AL to 150 from a device connected to it report? Or browse to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status ?

Can you connect to it from your mobile phone, PC or other device & use the Net OK?

Aside from Amazon Music does Alexa answer general Qs like "What's the weather like now"?

Thank you for the reply, other devices are connected to it- only laptop and phone. It wont let the TV connect to it, well it does but wont load iplayer/ amazon/ netflix etc

100GB of data left.

So it is connected to the Echo if she answers the weather. Do you have an Amazon Music subscription?

What's wrong with the TV? Can't you even run programmes from iPlayer on it?

Have you connected the TV to the router by WiFi? What happens when you try?
