Trigger Issues

I have had my action cam since January and have used it once - I went to use it the second time and the yellow trigger button doesn't seem to be working - it's not recording or taking photographs. I don't have insurance - is it covered on warranty??

Hi @jonic81 Yes it should be covered by warranty you will need to contact EE to arrange a repair

Re: Trigger Issues

If there is.  an EE store near you, you can take it in there, and they will change it for you. This happened to me, no problems changing it.

@Schockwave that's good to know I thought they would have to send it away

Re: Trigger Issues

Well, this was a year ago, and I went into EE store and they just exchanged it for a new one, cannot say whether this would work with everyone, but at least it is worth a try.
