I use 4GEE action cam for live streaming. However, the app crashes constantly while trying to authorise with facebook. Not sure what seems to be the problem. Ive trying uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Help needed. ASAP please.

You have been sasying this for months now . since the change I purchse the camera with a contract and the services is not aviaalble . Sohow many months creidt are you going to apply for loss of serivce

Has the new 4GEE action cam app been released yet or is it still undergoing some tests before being finalised?

Hi there I am on the newest version of this app according to the App Store on apple but I still cannot get it to register with Facebook. It just goes completely blank, even reinstalling the app hasn't helped. Help please.

As of today the same issue with both Android and iPhone - ok up until the sign in page with credentials, as soon as you enter credentials the screen goes blank form there and will not complete the authorisation process. Passwords all double checked and tripple checked - and compared to authorising other apps to Facebook it looks like the app is not completing the transaction at the point where it provides the confirmation screen from FB to allow the EE app to post.
I did try to post for support back through the itunes store and Google play store, but on both stores it redirects to this site.

Thanks for the fast reply - I have the latest android and iphone CAM apps and the camera has the latest firmware as well. I see that although they were updated late last year when FB changed their API, that neither of the EE Action Cam apps have been updated again - and I believe FB updated since then because of the whole Cambridge Analytica/US election thing.... I suspect it will all work ok for an existing user already authorised but neither of the apps seem to allow progress to the last step for a new approval for Facebook to have access....

Thanks Lee - I also tried assigning an application specific fixed password in Facebook for the Camera to try and reduce the authentication - but no beans with that either. Appreciate your help!
