I have been trying to set my camera up ready to live stream a charity bike ride im doing tomorrow, everytime i sign into facebook on the app it crashes and i have to restart the app.
The camera says its up to date.
What can i do??

I have tried a reset on the camera as well as clearing the cache and data from my phone apps but still nothing

Yes i used it not long after it had moved from skeegle to Facebook and it was fine.
I have upgraded my phone since last using it to live stream to a s7 edge that shares 15gb with the camera.
Apart from that there is no change

No tech team are looking into it but they have no idea what is happening, they have passed on the information to the app and update team so they can try and find out whats happening.
Any news ill let you know

I was in chat with them yesterday and they said device would need sending into repair centre and that the techincal team havn't seen anything,
but im doing investgiating aswell to see what the problem can be.
Ive tried an old S3 which is limited to andoird version 4.4.4 (kitkat), ive tried on my LG G5 which is running 7.0 (Nougat).
I have also tried on a collegeues Iphone to see if this was a Andoird issue and i get a error code instead of the app crashing (guessing the same error).
if i find a solution or get any info i will drop an ipdate on here for you

did you get anywhere with you testing of the camera?
wish i knew someone close with the same camera so i can try it out on different camera that i know works.

Yes i still have the same issues
I have tried a s7 edge and a s5 plus 2 generic tabs and i get the same problem.
Tech have been on it for a week now

Just to let you both know I have spoken to the devices team and they have made me aware of other customers having issues also.
This is currently under investigation and they will let me know once they have further information.
@zx9r_Ninja the issue I was experiencing is the firmware upgrade.

Well it good new that it not just me and @Slymark1 having this issue.
And even better that it wasnt only my camera having issues upgrading (unkess your test camera is my old one haha)
Ill keep an eye on for an update
