So this problem has been resolved with a replacment camera being sent out and doing a swap out.

 

Another problem has risen, but sinxe this has been resolved by @Lee_H.

 

Ive open up another toic relating to the new issue as i don't think the 2 are related.

Hey, so I'm having the exact same problem as this. Firmware is stuck on v01.022.03.g_02, app tells me to update, camera says it's up to date

 

I've inserted an EE SIM (that came with the cam), data is on, I've factory reset everything and formatted the memory. Nothing works. This is so annoying
