why some apps such as facebook, Instagram, Snapchat do not allow usage of mobile data?
If connected to WiFi they work.
I have tried Phone/Network reset, and all suggested solution.
I have tried to go in Settings Mobile data and enabled data for these applications, but when I start using the application I am told there is no Internet connection,
Going back in settings they are all disabled again.
I have enabled Full Access on ee account.
Anyone can help please?

Hi Leanne. Thanks.
It’s iPhone 6s
yes most apps can be accessed regularly.
only Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and gmail don’t work unless connected to WiFi internet.
When mobile data gets enabled for those apps it shows as on and as soon as app is used it says “no internet” and it reverts all mobile data back to off for those apps.

Hi there @ginteri
Is your software up to date on the iPhone?
If so, and other apps are working you may need to try a factory reset on your iPhone, full help and advice is shown below;
Make sure to back up your iPhone as a reset will delete all information.
