share data

I am an old EE pay monthly customer and just drag My hysband over from Vodafone to EE based on the thinking he can share My data. As both of us have seperate contract, how can he share My data or I gift My data to him? help please. i have spent ages on line and EE app without success.

Hi @flyingcat

Both numbers need to under same account to share data. 

Simply call EE customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider 0800 079 8586 to ask them to set both numbers in same account when you both present. 

That can fix your issue.

thanks for your advice. Phoned EE today but be told that because hubby is new to EE. He need to be EE customer for 3 months before EE can bundle our two contracts together to share the data. Do not understand the logic at all as it is only the old customer (me/20GB) to give my date to new custmer (hubby/4GB), so should be no need to test his creditabily of paying : (
