on sunday i went to an ee store to have content lock removed and they said they cant remove it because it is a pay as you go phone, they said to call customer services but i dont have a credit card.
is there a way to get it removed or should i get my phone unlocked and switch to giffgaff instead.

Can you not deactivate the content lock via your online account or the EE app?

My network has parental controls and I am unable to disable them.
I keep being forwarded to the following website:
I can access My EE and i can clearly see that the Data Contents Controls are set to Full. I can log out and log back in and the controls remain at Full Access.
I can access my 4gEE router and can find no mention of DNS.
When I change the preferred DNS on any of my devices, it makes no difference.
I have tried resetting the router back to default, tried alternate SSIDs and everything I can imagine.
So, where do I look next?

Are you sure you sent your private message about number porting to the right person? I am not trying to port any numbers. I am just trying to figure out why Content Blocking has been installed on my account!

I want to remove co tent lock and this sited keeps sending me around in circles ihave to add a device to regester, ihave to rehester to remove content lock. I dont have another device this is redicules
