pay as you go plan no longer working

Hi, 

 

I have had the same SIM for years (t-moblike and pay as you go) and each time i top up £10 a month I would get unlimited texts and internet. But now all of a sudden it's not working, although i get texts e.g. "you've used 100% of your data allowance this will refresh on so and so" but states i can still use it, just at a slower speed?
