i am on orange dolphin plan and i have topped up ten pound.
when i text bundles to 150 it shows a 1gb data reward but i cannot connect to the internet, it redirects to the out of credit page.
how do i fix this problem.

no, i am still using orange, i do not want to move to ee
Everyone is in the process of being to moved to EE pay as you go Orange pay as you go is being closed down.
is that why my internet is not working
Text number to 150 it should say if your on a Orange or EE plan
Try restarting your phone.
it says i am on an orange plan, i have restarted my phone and even tried the sim in another phone.
Ring 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 from 8AM and it will get you through to someone for free.
