no 4g/3g data

Hi not sure if anyone has the answer,

I have just Ported my number accross from another network 2 days ago and calls and texts seem to be working. but no 4g/3g data. the data connection symbol on the phone does not appear.

I checked the APN settings and they seem to be correct.

I tried another EE sim on this phone and the data works fine. I tried my EE sim on another phone and the data does not work. Seems to be related to my sim/EE account.

also when i call 1 voicemail its says voicemail is not activated on the account.

when i text AL on 150 it messages back saying this service is only available to EE customes.

Does this mean the number has not been ported correctly?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, @rajk2002

You need to Get in Touch with EE calling form your ee phone on 150 an other provider 0800 079 8586 to ask them to refresh your line.

Thanks

Hi @rajk2002

Did you speak with customer services and get them to look at this for you?

If not.

What kind of handset have you got?

Thanks
