myaccount.ee.co.uk redirected you too many times

Hi, I cannot log in to my account

 

I have tried deleting cookies and cache.

 

About 6 months or more ago my account was altered, because for some reason another member of my family started being charged for my plan instead of me. I can no longer log in.

 

What do I do? Thank you.

if you can, try using another browser like chrome or firefox.  If you were using these, try internet explorer or edge.

Please do try and use Chrome but using incognito mode as some users have had better access.
