Hi, I cannot log in to my account
I have tried deleting cookies and cache.
About 6 months or more ago my account was altered, because for some reason another member of my family started being charged for my plan instead of me. I can no longer log in.
What do I do? Thank you.

if you can, try using another browser like chrome or firefox. If you were using these, try internet explorer or edge.
