my ee app shows incorrect data allowance for upcoming period

I currently use the 2GB data package. I recently topped up my payg account with £20 and just selected the £15 data package (5GB) which should start in 4 days from now.

The ee app shows under "your next pack" only 2GB!?

 

What's wrong and how can I make sure that I will have 5GB?

Hi Richard,

 

I have just done it after your advice (text NOW). The my ee app now shows the correct package details.
