mobile data problems

Ever since i have upgraded the android software i have intermittent mobile data, i have reset the phone no joy, reset the APN sometimes it works (Rarley) any help please

im on a personal account samsung s7

Hi, 

 

Does this only happen in one location for example at home? 

 

Have you checked your local mast for issues here.

 

If you have factory reset and this still doesn't fix the issue then have you and security software installed? If you go into settings - data/mobile data have you accidentally activated limit data? 

 

If this fails then try reinstalling the firmware via Samsung PC software.

hi,

this happens every where since the firmware update, i have checked the link for mast issues and there is a problem, i will try again when they have solves the mast issue,
