mobile data not working

Have found that my mobile data faciltiy is not working. Recently changed my contract and now unable to use mobile data through Google, facebook etc.... 

 

Have checked settings and they seem all ok . Any suggestions ?

Thanks for the response. Finally conceded to factory reset. (all backed up)

Hello @brianmorgz sorry to hear you are unable to use data service on your phone. What phone do you have? Are you able to access this link:

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

If you are unable to use that link your phone is not connecting to the EE network. If you have an iPhone try tapping settings>general>reset>reset network settings (you will have to re-enter WiFi passwords) or for other phones here is a link containing the EE APN settings for you to confirm. :):
