iWatch 3 Mobile Data Problem

Had my watch 3 weeks ago. Called apple and they said it was fauly. Got a replacement and gave EID to EE. Now I have No Sim and Not Connected showing and a loop of setup mobile data.

 

So frustrating. Every day I’m asked to pair again.

 

Will probably return it if it doesn’t work.
