i've reached my credit limit

I recently took out a contract, but apparently i've reached my credit limit. I have the 4GEE Max Plan which comes with Unlimited Texts, Unlimited Minutes and 15gb of data. Yet within a couple of days, my phone tells me i cant send texts, phone people or access my 4G Because i have reached my credit limit?? Please help??

You would need to speak to customer service on 150 from any EE phone or 07953966250 from any other phone, who will be able to check what's going on for you.

 

You may need to make a small payment to get your account working again but EE will be able to confirm this for you. Smiley Happy
