how do I access the internet from any location without relying on hubs?

i'm on pay as i go. i use a lumia 950xl mobile. do i have to be on a contract with EE to be able to access the internet from any location without having to rely on third party hubs!

You need to buy a pack in order to use data. Text DATA to 150 to see what's on offer. You will need to top-up enough to buy the pack.

As long as you have 3G or 4G signal and data available to use then there is no reason why you can't connect to internet.
