galaxy s8+ 4g doesn't work

I have bought my Galaxy s8+ in South Korea and using it with a ee sim card these days, but it doesn't provide me an 4g network. Is this because I bought it in South Korea?? need an urgent support here!

The answer is probably yes. SK use different network bands and are fitted with different radios/chips. 


Can you go into network settings and try to connect manually. Also make sure you have lte/4G selected. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Networks in South Korea use UK 4G bands: 1, 3, 7 and the S8+ does therefore support UK bands that EE use.
