free 10 gb not working,

hi i have pruchase a 25 pound sim card from the airport, it says there are 3gb and 10 extra gb for free, however. after i finished using 3gb, it says I finished 100% of my data and I cant access the internet anymore. This is really annoying problem, can you please help me fix it asap as I need to travel around with my internet access.

I have tried all the solutions I can find from this forum, LHR10 sent to 150, nothing working it replies with (unfortunately you are not eligible for this offer. please check you have an active pay as you go pack and have called, text or used data during the lifetime of your pack). i am currently in France, so I cannot call 150, and when I check my account, it says my balance is 0, and used 3gb. please help me fix it asap, I cannot travel around in the country as there is no internet, I cant even look at the map.

It can take up to 24 hours for your extra data to be added.

 

When did you finish using your first 3GB?
