error message when i try to top up roaming data add on abroad

I am travelling in Canada and purchased a 24hr roaming data add on when I landed yesterday. It notified me that it had run out today and I clicked 'buy' to purchase the same add on again and an error message popped up saying something had happened and I hadn't been charged and I should try again. I have tried again and nothing changed. I turned my phone on and off and deleted my browser cookies and still the error message keeps coming up. I'm leaving for Mexico in two day and would like to know I will be able to purchase data abroad. Any help would be great.

In the meantime can you try and reboot your handset and try again.

 

If this doesn't work then please get in touch with us this afternoon.
