Every time i try to gift data i keep getting an error message i have re installed the app hasnt made any differance can anyone help please?

@Harry_zim When you select who’s getting the data and who’s gifting the data you can select in the page before that the other person and then select who’s getting and who’s giving what data. Try changing the person who your selecting first on this page.

That's right, forgive me, I actually re-opened the post to reply again to correct myself and you are correct.
Having you tried deleting your cookies and clearing your cache?
If you've tried this as well, then I'd advise to report this into customer services please.
Let us know what they say.

@Harry_zim. Did you try selecting the other device user first before you get to the select who’s giving and getting what data amount. I have to select myself ( account holder to move data ) if I select the 2nd device then change who’s getting/giving what it fails.

Ended up contacting customer services and they did it for me they said they have a problem at the moment that if one of the contracts has run out of data the app will not work
