Iv already phoned EE who told me that they can't refund me my £3.00.
But I just wanted an explanation of why this has happened?

Also forgot to say @James_B that when I phoned EE the first time I've used up all my credit on my phone so can't phone them again and I can't go to my nearest store until near the end of the month will I still be eligible for a refund at the end of the month when I go to my nearest store then?

No I can't get another phone I only have my mobile? And being a passport as you go customer can't use the live chat either.
Would I still be eligible for a refund by 23rd of November as that's the earliest I can't get to my nearest store? (Due to family and carer duties can't get down there till the 23rd)
