Major gripe time, EE are charging me for a phone line I do not have, how can this happen ?
Also any one having difficulty downloading bills, I have just tried to download my June and July bill for my accountant and keep getting the message that the bill may have been moved or deleted but by who, if you want to apply for a paper bill then EE want to charge, should they not just get their site sorted out so that they provide some small bit of client service rather than just making everything as difficult as possible.

If you are being billed for something you haven't got then I suggest you ring EE and get this cancelled and refunded. There is no account access on this forum.
