Hi my device disconnected last night and tried numerous times to gain connection via my xbox console but kept getting sent back to the menu screen couldn't get any bolt ons or get a connection.. My device is a month old and payments are up to date

What device are you using?
Can you text BA to 150, do you have any credit?

Hi sorry for my delayed response the device is a 4gee wifi mini and I have reset it but will now not except the default or my password to use the device when the home screen comes up on either my xbox or tablet
