I have a data sim in a mifi device. Ive not used it for a while but now when i try and use it just takes me to the mifi router page and not EE top up page. It says its not connected but still says EE.
I topped up using the mobile number of the sim and EE has taken my money but still not working.
Im worried its been deactivated ? Have I lost my money?
I tried to call EE but in hold fo 30 mins so gave up.

Ahh, if I remember correctly, it’s deactivated after 6 months but you get another 3 months to call EE to re activate it. I’d definitely stay on the line to speak with them to see if they can do this, but if not I’m sure they can sort any refund for top up you’ve made.

Then there's a good chance you've lost it & any credit completely. EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
