Had my PAYG sim a month, bought a £15 data pack with 500 minutes and stored my card details, I also bought £25 credit.
Got a text yesterday saying my payment would go through today, 12 I have no data (despite £25 credit) the datapack status was queueing?
I had to click buy now after various web page dead links and crashes, eventually it sorted it out and paid from my credit?
I then added the £15 back to my credit from my stored card details?
and now my 1.8 gig hasn't rolled over either?
Does this happen every month? and how do I get the data to roll over.
Every web page is as flaky as anything.

When was the expiry of your old pack?
If you text AL to 150 what does this report?

nothing rolled over!
I went to complain, but I keep getting 'field is not valid' ?
The number port: failed an agent managed to do it.
First payment taken twice now refunded.
bundle did not review
roll over didn't.
Now support say the data doesn't roll over anyway, that's ok but why does it have "includes data rollover" written on it?
Seriously need to sort these web problems out 🙂
As nothing works except the great signal can I have my pac code please? Or tell me how to get it?
