data pack free 50mb

I have two SIMs used on 4g security cameras

Sim 1 - working ok, it has used the free 50MB initial allowance and I bought a 200MB pack which is all ok

Sim2 - It has 18mb left and has 0 days left.  using the EE APP it says this pack is "In Use", the 200 MB pack has not been used bcause it is using the 50mb free pack that has expired

The difference between Sim1 and 2 is what pack it is using.

I am nowhere near the cameras, and cannot connect. So EE did a refresh but they say I need to power the camera down for it to work. I can;t do that easily.

Anybody know a way of deleting the 50mb free pack from the "your packs and add-ons" to force it to use the purchased pack?

Any ideas?

Re: data pack free 50mb

Hi @alanatabz

Thanks for coming to the community.

How long has your My EE showed 0 days remaining?

Can you use data on SIM 2 still with the 18MB remaining?
