data allowance

Hi EE 

 

I am very good customer and i have been with EE for quite a few years. my last bill will come up to £90 roughly because i kept on buying extra data due to my data finishing to fast. could you refund me the extra costs as i have changed my price plan. I would really appreciate it and may consider not leaving EE in a couple of months when my contract ends.

I'm sorry but you have admitted you bought data as you were running out.

 

These charges won't be refunded due to the fact you used the service.

 

Changing your tariff to reflect your data allowance is good but it doesn't mean you get refund for previous data purchases.
