customer call centre agent feedback

Hi there

Just wanted to feedback to the forum moderators / community managers and say how grateful i was to speak to your call centre agent Erin Williams in Plymouth order to resolve a recent order issues.

Erin is a credit to go above and beyond to listen to not only what the issue was and take the appropriate action, but when i had to provide additional information on the case she was quick to reach out to me to respond.

Please pass my thanks and appreciation onto her and her manager / supervisor as well in a great example of customer service.
