ctn check

i cannot access the internet

when i go to add-on.ee.co.uk it says i have 361mb of data left from my 500mb monthly allowance.

if i try to use the internet i get redirected to

tmobile.co.uk/online-payments/ctn-check

I've never seen that before. Is this any better today? Are you able to now use your allowances?
