connecting to internet

I bought a topup. The credits show up fine. I can make calls and send texts. But I can't use data (when I go to safari or email it says "no connection".). Can anyone help please?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

To be able to use mobile data you will need to purchase an add-on. You can do this by logging in to your My EE account

 

Alternatively, you can use the pack text codes which are provided on this page.

Thank you Katie! I did buy a data add-on. On My EE it says:

You have 30 days left to use:

500MB data add-on

But on my phone when I go to any application or webpage it says "no connection"....

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

 

You do have Mobile/Packet Data ON on your phone?
