Hello @yellow613 EE do not normally disable data services on request no I am sorry. How come you want to totally restrict data? Is this for security/privacy reasons or because you do not want to be charged for it?
You can restrict access to the http://add-on.ee.co.uk page used to purchase more data (and charge the account) when the contracted monthly data allowance has ran out, preventing further charges from being added since data cannot be used without an active allowance. To request this please call customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and help you further. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):
