My mum & her sim are India & turned off, she is not using data & I'm almost out. I think it is effecting being able to gift my number data. I need it for driving, maps etc. Help!

There were known issues with data gifting last month, EE gave my numbers an unlimited data pass for the month while they fixed it.This month some of the numbers on my account aren't showing on as an option to gift to in the MyEE app... very annnoying
